The initial cleaning is always considered a deep clean to establish a spotless baseline to maintain at the clients schedule. The initial cleaning is billed at an hourly rate. Once the baseline is established our team does general cleaning according to the client’s schedule preference.
These are the questions we use to determine a flat rate:
- What is the square footage of the home?
- What is the overall condition of the home?
- What are the dust levels?
- How many people live there and the number of pets?
- Is there mildew build up or soap scum in any of the bathrooms?
- What types of flooring: hardwood, tile, carpet and laminate?
- How many bedrooms, bathrooms, stairwells, other living spaces?
- What other living spaces that require extra time to clean:
garage, office, family room, laundry room, basement, decks/porch, formal dining room.
