Will I need to be home for the cleaning? 
No.  Although some people prefer to be home for the cleaning, many of our customers who can’t will leave a key in the key-box for safe and easy access to their home.

 

How can I be sure my home will be safe if I’m not there?
Our cleaning staff is trained on safety and follow strict guidelines at each visit.  All of Sandy’s cleaning staff undergo a local criminal background check before they are hired.

 

Does Sandy’s Valley Cleaning Services carry insurance?
Yes. We carry General Business Liability Insurance which covers all of our employees in case of an accident.

 

Do you pay your employees payroll taxes and unemployment insurance?
Our staff is covered, and you need not worry. All payroll taxes, workmen’s compensation, and unemployment insurance payments are covered by Sandy’s Valley Cleaning Service.

 

What happens if your employee gets hurt at my home?
Sandy’s Valley Cleaning Services carries liability insurance for all employees which covers medical bills in the event of an on-the-job injury.

 

Do you offer a guarantee for the work performed?
Sandy’s Valley Cleaning Services prides itself in Quality and Customer Satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service we will return to your home to re-clean the area or redo the task within 6-hours.

 

How long does each cleaning typically take?
Cleaning duration depends on the size of your home and its current state. The first cleaning always takes longer so we can establish a spotless baseline to repeat each time we clean.

 

How should I prepare for each visit?
We are here to provide service, and we do not want to create work for you. However, there are a few things that will help our team be efficient:

  1. For the safety of our employees, we ask that dangerous items on the main traffic areas of the floor are picked up or moved out of the way.
  2. We suggest and appreciate that the home’s temperature is set anywhere between 67 and 72 degrees.
  3. Please keep pets in a contained area while the cleaning team is on site.

 

Will you provide all necessary cleaning products?
Yes, we come prepared to clean and use earth friendly products.

 

How do I pay for my service?
Payments are due immediately after we finish cleaning your home or office.
Personal check or cash is preferred, or we can send you a PayPal invoice that is due the day of service with a 3% processing charge.

 

May I tip the cleaning staff?
Although it’s not necessary to tip our employees it is encouraged, and the best way to say job well done! If you prefer, you may include your tip with your payment.

Yes.  And gift certificates make great gifts for just about any occasion!
